We can explain when you can bring your pet, or when we can pick him/her up at your home or at your vet.

RECEPTION OF PETS on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays

You can bring your pet at any time - even on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Or we can collect him/her directly from your home.

TRANSPORT OF THE PET FROM HOME OR VET

If you need to transport the pet from home or from a veterinarian, just contact us, we can collect anytime.

FAREWELL IN THE CEREMONIAL HALL

Directly at the crematorium we have a ceremonial hall, where you can say your last farewell to your loved one. We can prepare the ceremony tailored to your needs - you can choose your music, flowers, video, or photo slide show - everything depends on your requirements.

URN WITHIN 1 HOUR OF CREMATION

The urns containing the ashes of pets can take up to 1 hour after the end of the cremation to prepare, or we can deliver it to your home - according to your wishes.

ROUND THE CLOCK OPENING TIMES

It is possible that you might require assistance at night or on weekends or holidays. We have a round the clock emergency service, so you can call anytime, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Our vet can come directly to you and put down your pet in the comfort of your own home.

We are the exclusive retailer of high-quality pet urns, which are produced in Germany. These urns are made of metal, ceramic, stone, wood, glass, or ecological materials (which decompose in the soil, without burden to the environment). Take a look at our range.

COOL BOX RESTING

Our crematorium is equipped with modern cool boxes, where your pet will be kept until the cremation date.

INDIVIDUAL CREMATION

Thanks to our unique guarantee system you can be 100% sure that you will only get the ashes of your own pet. Your pet goes to the cremation furnace alone. The cremation takes place in the most modern cremation furnace - this is a miniature human crematory oven. This technology ensures a perfect ashing. The ash is then processed in a special device (cremulator). The resulting fine powder is then poured into your selected urn.

CHOICE OF CREMATION DATE

You can choose the day and time of the cremation as you wish and we will adapt everything to your needs. We will try to accomodate your wishes according to our capacity.
